1. Who we are

This website, edufytrading.com, and the “From Chaos to Consistency” ebook are operated by Edufy Trading, a sole trader (PFA) established in Romania and trading under the edufytrading.com brand. For company or registration details, or any formal enquiry, contact us at contact@edufytrading.com and we'll be glad to provide them.

2. The product

We sell digital educational material — primarily an ebook, together with any digital resources included with it (such as a trading journal template). The product is delivered electronically; nothing physical is shipped. Product descriptions, features and prices are shown on this website and are subject to change, but changes do not affect orders already placed.

3. Prices & payment

Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are the amounts you pay at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. By completing a purchase you confirm that the payment method is yours or that you are authorised to use it. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully captured. We may apply, change or end promotional pricing and discount codes at any time.

4. Delivery & access

Immediately after successful payment you receive a confirmation email containing a secure, personal link to download your ebook. The download link is valid for a limited time and number of downloads (currently 30 days and up to 5 downloads). If your email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, please check your Spam or Promotions folder. If you still can't find it or the link doesn't work, email us at edufytrading@gmail.com and we'll make sure you get access — this is delivery support and is separate from the refund position below.

5. No refunds & your right of withdrawal

Our products are digital content delivered electronically and made available for immediate download after payment.

• By completing your purchase and starting your download, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU) grants for digital content supplied without a tangible medium.
• For this reason, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered or accessed.
• This does not affect your mandatory statutory rights where the product is faulty or not as described. If something is genuinely wrong, contact us and we'll put it right.

6. Licence & intellectual property

All materials — text, charts, layouts, templates and branding — are the intellectual property of Edufy Trading and are protected by copyright. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence for your own individual use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, rent, sub-license, publish, upload or share the materials, in whole or in part, or share your download link, without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use

• Don't share your download link or files with anyone else.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, attack, probe or reverse-engineer the site.
• Don't use the materials for any unlawful purpose or to mislead others.

We may suspend access where these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached.

8. Educational purpose & risk disclaimer

All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax or legal advice, nor a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. We are not a broker, fund or financial adviser, and we do not provide signals or manage money.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edufy Trading shall not be liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, arising from your use of — or inability to use — our content, products or website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your mandatory consumer-protection rights.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase, and the latest version always governs continued use of the website.

11. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable European Union regulations. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Romania, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
